erm. what classification of animals. who cares! wont mind if its as interesting as the human body, but noo its so boring i fall asleep evrytime i attempt to read it. to think there are 48 pages of such torture. ahh.

whew it was a fun experience. the isolation, the climb, the after effects and all. overall quite satisfied with myself although the 3rd route is still hauntin me, pats on the back. im so easily contented. but shall aim higher nxt time round. just 2more mths of official climbing. make it good.

itchy hands went to the boulderactive website. seeing those past yr's photos gives me sweaty palms, even more than that when i climb. stomachaches ooohmygod.

Procedure 1)Place hand in ice water. Start timing for 2mins.
2)Take hand out of ice and soak in hot water. Start timing for another 2mins.
3)Repeat steps 1&2 few more times for consistency.
Limitations - Temperature fluctuates. Hot water turns cold super fast with cold hands. Therapy not taking place at designated temp.
Improvements - Keep changing water.
how effort consuming. but i'd do anything to be able to crimp/pinch again.
and not feel pain when i see that.
i think i will do well for bio spa. HAHA.

the messenger. wasnt scary. all about the sudden shocks here and there. i wasnt even scared by the movie, but by the funny person sitting bside me instead. evrytime she screams or jerks, i'd jump. like not jump up the seat of course. its amazing how after my years of observation, i realise the different reactions of ppl when watchin horror. i shld continue in my quest of ppl-studying. damn cute.
yes limshuhui im talkin abt u.
another fine day with the climbers. not much satisfaction with the trg part though. i shall complain agn:
MY STUPID 4TH FINGER! the thought of havin to pull out of boulderactive if my finger doesnt heal by nxtwk sucks. but then agn, i wldnt even wanna go disgrace myself in a comp with such a finger!

in an attempt to cure mr. 4th finger once and for all, i finally visited the sinseh. Kuek Chinese Physician and Acupuncture Center. on the account that we hav the same chinese surname, pls let my finger recover fast!
it was an amazing experience man, never thought it could be so painful. and funny at the same time, watching fellow sufferers scream their asses off like in labour.
one more day till holiday! FINALLY.

finally learning something more interesting on bio like homeostasis. its been a loong time since i paid attention throughout the entire lecture, despite the lecturer being not very likeable by me since she uses invisible laser pointer and points to the screen like we can really see what she's pointing to. HAHA.
